Online Abstract

Submission of papers to the congress will be in the form of oral papers.

Abstracts will be collected through the online system.

Those who want to participate in the congress with a paper should send their abstracts via the paper submission module on the website until 01st, 2024 at the latest.

Paper submission will be in the form of case report submission.

  • In order for the abstracts to be published in the congress digital book, it is necessary to register for the congress.
  • Abstracts should be in a way to cover the purpose, materials and methods, findings, results, sources.
  • Academic titles should not be used, abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
  • Graphics and tables can be sent via the online abstract system.
  • Proceedings are collected via the online abstract system.
  • Sending text by e-mail or other means is not accepted.
  • All information requested on the text creation page must be entered completely.
  • Recorded texts in the system can be edited until the deadline for submission of papers, but no editing or change can be made on the sent texts.
  • The submitted texts are reviewed after the deadline, and the texts sent as a result of the review are accepted or rejected.
  • In case the acceptance letters are notified after the discounted registration accommodation date, the paper owners will be able to benefit from the discounted prices.
  • Since the abstracts sent via the online abstract module will be turned into a digital book in the same way, attention should be paid to typographical errors. The authors are responsible for all typographical errors.
  • In oral presentations with a single author, the written and signed consent of the person responsible for the study in the center where the data was collected is required, stating that the paper will be presented with a single author.
