Permissions
Official congress invitations can be sent to the participants through their own request for permissions for their institutions. These invitations can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation expenses of these participants shall be covered by themselves..
Badge
All participants will be given a badge. In order to maintain the congress order, it is requested to wear name badges at all times.
Speaker Room
The speaker room will be at the service of speakers who want to check their presentations during the congress. If the presentation is brought on a personal computer, the presentation will be transferred to the congress computers by the attendants. If requested after the presentation, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.
Certificate of Participation
Certificate of the participants registered to the congress will be given to participant from 07 May 2022.
Case Report Abstract Submission
Those who want to participate with a case abstract should send their abstract from the notification section of the website
www.hkhk2024.org until
1st April, 2024 at the latest. In order for the abstracts to be published in the digital book, it is necessary to register for the congress.
